Clément Courteau
Clément held various positions in corporate governance at the French Association of Private Enterprises, the AFEP, at Suez during Veolia’s takeover bid and the French Institute of Directors, the IFA. Most recently, Clément worked at the Paris office of Herbert Smith Freehills where he advised listed companies on corporate governance and sustainability topics. He holds a master’s degree in Business and Tax law from University Panthéon-Sorbonne and a L.L.M in International Commercial Law from University of Exeter.
