Guberna - Yearly Day of the Listed Companies in Belgium

On 14 October 2019, Guberna organizes the 6^th edition of the Yearly Day of the Listed Companies together with the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium (FEB), in partnership with Ernst & Young and supported by Euronext and the Corporate Governance Committee.

With the entry into force of the 2020 Code and the Companies and Associations Code, this event will look at the questions that arise from its implementation: Who are the early adopters within the listed companies? Which changes have they made to their corporate governance arrangements? What problems did they encounter? Which are the dispositions in the 2020 Code that are not clear and cause uncertainties? Edouard’s specific presentation will cover institutional investors view on the changes to the 2020 Code.
