SquareWell’s recent survey, featured on the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, gathered insights from over 30 institutional investors representing $35 trillion in AUM. The findings show broad support for activism as a driver of accountability and change, though concerns remain around narrow focus and short-termism.
