Louis Barbier
Louis is a shareholder engagement specialist with close to 20 years’ experience. He has supported over 100 companies in reaching their objectives ahead of critical annual/special shareholder meetings, including some of the most high-profile activist situations in Europe. He developed his consulting skills in top-tier London strategy houses, starting with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Louis holds a degree from the Neoma Business School and a Master in Law.
Estelle Guichard
Estelle’s areas of expertise include corporate governance, shareholder activism, and shareholder engagement. Estelle has been advising listed companies on governance issues in Europe for the past 15 years after serving as an investor relations consultant for 6 years, where she developed an in-depth knowledge of the financial community in Europe. She holds a Master’s from Tours-Poitiers Business & Management School.
Ali Saribas
Ali is a corporate governance and activism specialist with over 20 years’ experience. Ali started off as a research analyst at the Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC) in Washington DC. In 2009, Ali moved to London to work with Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) to cover the UK market as well as help set-up the contentious M&A/Activism team to cover the UK and continental Europe. Ali is currently a member of International Corporate Governance Network’s Global Policy Committee. Ali has a dual undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from the George Washington University and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Bayes Business School.
Marine Esperandieu
Marine has been advising listed companies on institutional investor behavior and preferences on sustainability issues for close to 5 years. Marine previously worked as an sustainability and govenrnace analyst at Covéa Finance, where she was involved with the integration of sustainability issues within the investment process. Marine also held various positions at Airbus, the European multinational aerospace corporation, within its Investor Relations and Corporate Secretariat departments. At Airbus, Marine developed an in-depth knowledge of board matters, corporate transparency, and corporate governance issues. Marine holds a master’s degree in finance from the European Business School, Paris.
Andrew Brady
Andrew is a Director within our shareholder activism team. He has a growing track record of supporting on some of the largest non-US activism situations, and regularly leads on activism research publications. Andrew has a strong foundation in corporate governance processes from his previous roles in internal and external audit, where he also qualified as an ICAEW chartered accountant. He holds a Master’s degree in Theoretical Physics from the University of St Andrews.
Carmen Ng
Carmen started her career as a corporate sustainability consultant in Hong Kong. There, she worked with private and non-profit sector clients to assess their social and environmental impacts across the value chain, as well as support on sustainability integration and reporting. Carmen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a Master’s degree in Corporate Environmental Governance from the University of Hong Kong.
Caroline Potier
Caroline is an experienced financial services executive who began her career as an M&A advisor in Paris, France. She spent six years in Asia as a business development executive and most recently as a Business Controller at Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy Watch & Jewellery’s (LVMH W&J) Hong Kong office. Caroline holds a Master’s in Finance from EDHEC Business School.
