Activism Forum 2025

SquareWell Partners was pleased to participate in Bloomberg’s annual Bloomberg Activism Forum, held on Tuesday, December 9, at Bloomberg’s headquarters in New York.

The forum brought together leading voices from across the shareholder activism ecosystem for a series of investment idea presentations and panel discussions covering key themes shaping the activism landscape, including regulatory developments, campaign messaging, multi-year campaigns, regional perspectives, and emerging trends.

Ali Saribas, Partner at SquareWell Partners, spoke on the panel “Activism Campaign Messaging,” alongside senior advisers from leading communications and activism advisory firms. The discussion focused on how activists and companies shape core narratives, engage institutional investors and proxy advisers, and adapt messaging strategies across jurisdictions and market conditions.
